OUR STORY
Why We Built Signly
After years of building custom web systems for businesses across different industries, our team kept seeing the same thing — business owners in Cebu were still managing their TV displays with USB flash drives and printed banners.
Restaurants reprinting menus every time prices changed. Retail stores walking around with USB sticks to update each screen one by one. Branches running different promos because nobody had time to sync them all. By the time every display was updated, the promotion was already half over.
We realized this wasn’t a technology problem — the tools existed globally, but they were either too expensive, too complicated, or designed for markets with perfect internet. Nothing was built for the reality of running a business in the Philippines — spotty connectivity, tight budgets, and no in-house IT team.
So we built Signly. We applied the same approach we use for every client project: understand the real problem, design a system that solves it, and make sure it actually works in the field. The result is a digital signage system with offline support, included hardware, and hands-on local setup — because that’s what businesses here actually need.

Signly is developed and maintained by BPO GNA Philippines — a Japanese offshore web development company based in Cebu City. GNA builds custom web applications, management systems, and digital solutions for businesses from scratch.
